You’ve been holding it all together. But lately, it’s getting harder.

Therapy for adults in Maryland navigating burnout, identity shifts, cultural adjustment, or ADHD — to help you feel more steady, understood, and like yourself again.

Life transitions, cultural expectations, and years of masking can leave even the most capable adults feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of who they are.

Whether you're processing a big change, navigating ADHD, or trying to live between worlds, therapy offers a space to feel seen, without the pressure to have it all figured out.

I help clients slow down, listen inward, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves, so they can move through life with more clarity and calm.

Therapy with me can help you:

  • Reduce anxiety, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm
  • Work through cultural pressure, perfectionism, or shame
  • Manage ADHD without masking or people-pleasing
  • Adjust to major life changes—including relocation, cultural transitions, or starting a new chapter
  • Reconnect with your values and feel more grounded in your choices

Hi, I'm Sharon.

Before I became a therapist, I was a teacher. I spent years advocating for students who were struggling emotionally and not getting the support they needed. My brother had ADHD, so I saw up close how easily kids can be misunderstood. I knew I wanted to help in a deeper way, and that led me to therapy, first as a client and now as a clinician.

Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, caring adults who are doing their best but still feel like they’re falling short. You may be navigating big life transitions, burnout, or cultural expectations that make it hard to feel at home in yourself. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before but didn’t feel truly understood. You might be masking, stuck in patterns of perfectionism, or wondering why everything feels so hard.

In our work together, we’ll create space for all of that. I’ll help you get curious about your patterns, build tools to regulate your nervous system, and connect more deeply to your values and strengths. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just come as you are.
